A few suggestions here.
At the top, change "Member Profile" to "Control Panel" or "UserCP."
In the control panel, where you have "Test 1 2 3 . Hmm, what can go here?" and such, put in "posts since last visit" and/or make it the default page for private messages.
Lastly, add a moderator control panel? Add a moderator queue? Just so I can better do my job.
