SitePenguin Ltd isn't allowed SitePenguin_Ltd is allowed All of the other forum software's allow for spaces in the username. (PHPBB, SMF, MyBB and vB) Secondly when I got an email to activate the account it went into the spam box. You might want to check on that. Let me know if you need some hosting for your site, I would be happy to help you (for free). Also very minor but most BB softwares send out an email saying welcome after you activate. |

Thanks for registering, the space issue was working as intended, but I do see your point, and therefore, I will correct that in the next version. At the moment, all emails to googlemail are marked as spam, and I have no idea why, it works for hotmail, ect, just not googlemail. I assume as it went into spam, you registered with a googlemail email? This is an issue I am aware of, and I am looking into it, I think it's a miss configuration of the server rather than the software, as AIOBB running on another server works fine to send emails to googlemail, but for the life of me, I cannot work out what’s changed with this server. Yes, I totally agree with you that the system does need another email after the user has activated their account, in fact, I totally forgot about it. I will make sure that it gets included in the next version; in fact, I will code that in right now. Thanks for the time you have taken to register and provide feedback, it is truly appreciated, if you notice anything else, please do let us know, or if you have any features you wish to see soon, I will be sure to make them higher on the priority list. __________________

I realize its still a work in progress but thus far its a fantastic piece of code. If PHPBB had this many features before version 1 it would have been better than vB by now... |

"Who is online" & "Active in the last 24 hours" are coming to v0.5 (We are currently on v0.4) We do have color - Red, color being primary colors for now (quote this post to see how I done it), and bold and italic and underlined, but I have not included a quick insert for those yet
And nope - No private messages yet, thats planned for v0.5, so expect to see it before Christmas! EDIT: [center] / [right] is something I also never thought of luckaly, it will be easy to add, I will do that now.

Just a quick update, we now have online/offline bits on the forumhome, and on the users post, as well as center and right allignment (Just click the buttons on the reply part). Colour should be easier to get now as well. __________________
